Saber Provides Detailed, Expert Testimony on Utility Securitization in California Public Utility Commission Proceeding on Community Choice and Exit Fees
The California Community Choice Association chose Saber Partners, LLC to provide an independent evaluation and opinion in an important proceeding that will help determine the cost of electricity for millions of customers in California. Specifically, Saber Partners examined the benefits, costs, risks, and rewards of using “securitization” for the customers and shareholders of Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) and its corporate parent, PG&E Corporation, as well as Southern California Edison Company (SCE) and its corporate parent, Edison International.
