Saber Partners Announces Financial Conference Call with Top Texas Utility Regulator

Saber Partners, LLC, financial advisor to the Public Utility Commission of Texas ("PUCT") announced today that Chairman Rebecca Klein of PUCT will lead a conference call on Wednesday February 5, 2003 at 11 am New York City time to update financial analysts and institutional investors on the progress of the restructured Texas power market.

This is the second in a series of "Power Calls" held by the PUCT and Saber Partners. The purpose is to present the Chairman’s views and give financial analysts and investors the opportunity to ask questions directly to the Chairman about the Texas power market.
