Saber Partners Announces Financial Conference Call with Top Texas Utility Regulator
Saber Partners, LLC, a financial advisor to the Public Utility Commission of Texas ("PUCT"), announced today that Chairman Rebecca Klein of the PUCT will lead a conference call on Thursday, June 12, 2003 at 11 am New York City time, to update financial analysts and institutional investors on the progress of the restructured Texas power market and other matters affecting Texas companies, such as TXU (NYSE: TXU), AEP (NYSE: AEP) and CenterPoint Energy (NYSE: CNP).
This is the third in a series of "Power Calls" held by the PUCT and Saber Partners. The purpose is to present the ChairmanŐs views and give financial analysts and investors the opportunity to ask questions directly to the Chairman about the Texas power market.
Presentation materials will be available on the PUCT web site. Saber Partners, a NY-based investment banking financial advisory firm, is sponsoring the call with the PUCT.
